Receive a $250 referral bonus for referring a friend, relative or co-worker !

Simply fill out the online form – indicating your name and address and the person you are referring name, address, & telephone.

The person you refer must fill out an application and be accepted & approved by management. When the new tenant moves in, we will mail you a check for $250. It’s that easy and there is no limit to the amount of people you can refer.

Receive a $1,000 bonus if :

You can refer Tara Westchester Management  to your employer or the person in charge of assisting with relocation.

Or

Refer at least three prospective tenants that all become accepted and approved 

** Payment or a donation to your favorite charity will be made in the amount of $250 for any additional referrals
